Conditions requested: The existing manholes must be constructed in accordance with ‘Manx Sewers for Adoption’; The applicant/builder must contact the Borough of Douglas Drainage Department of the intended start date for the building works and to arrange an inspection of the existing manholes. If necessary the applicant/builder must rehabilitate the existing manholes in accordance with the Borough of Douglas Drainage Department requirements; Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer / occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation regarding discharge of polluting or harmful matter; There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s); In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if these comments could be incorporated in the approval notice
