Generators and chillers details
Prior to the commencement of works, details of the generators and chillers units to be installed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the installation of the units shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Materials
No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
Car parking
The use of the building hereby permitted shall not be carried out until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
