ObjectionNatural surveillance of the environment is therefore minimal; CCTV has minimal deterrent value. Unless the CCTV system is constantly monitored it would at best be a detection tool; customers at the ATM would be 'lit up like daylight' and rather than enhancing their security it may attract unwanted attention; I would therefore not support this application in its current form; recommend that consideration be given to the installation of an internal ATM machine
