Railings sample
Within one month of the date of the decision notice, a sample of the 'inset metal railing to match No.14' to the Front Elevation (from Finch Road) is to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Internal doors details
Within one month of the date of the decision notice, further large scale (1:10) detail drawings are to be produced of all new internal doors to indicate the framing detail, architrave and materials are to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Cupboard doors details
Within one month of the date of the decision notice, further large scale (1:20 / 1:10) detail drawings of the cupboard doors within the existing alcoves formed either side of the chimney breasts in the offices formed to the Second Floor are to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
