Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application to discharge Condition 3 relating to Registered Building Consent application 09/01479CON for alterations and extension to office building (In association with Planning Application 09/01478/GB) 16-18 Finch Road, Douglas, IM1 2PT.
Condition 3 is as follows:

Within one month of the date of the decision notice, a sample of the 'inset metal railing to match No.14' to the Front Elevation (from Finch Road) is to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
On the 27th July, 2012 an inspection was carried out and photographs taken of the railings. The railings are considered to comply with Condition 3 of the approval and are therefore sufficient to recommend discharge of this condition.
