In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the Schedule of Proposed Works and Drawing Numbers all date stamped 07th September 2009:

- Within one month of the date of the decision notice, a sample of the 'inset metal railing to match No.14' to the Front Elevation (from Finch Road) is to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- Within one month of the date of the decision notice, further large scale (1:10) detail drawings are to be produced of all new internal doors to indicate the framing detail, architrave and materials are to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- Within one month of the date of the decision notice, further large scale (1:20 / 1:10) detail drawings of the cupboard doors within the existing alcoves formed either side of the chimney breasts in the offices formed to the Second Floor are to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either:

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
