Applies to proposals in accordance with land-use zoning, permitting development that respects site and surroundings in siting, layout, scale, form, design and landscaping; does not adversely affect surrounding character; and does not adversely affect resident amenities or locality character. Officer confirmed proposal complies fully as it is appropriately sited on large school grounds with no visual or amenity harm.

Time limit
