In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Eastlake Development Ltd, Ref 25/90889/MCH, for the Minor change to 24/00763/B (Construction of 3 detached dwellings) substitution of standing seam roof with Cedral Thrutone slate at Ashwood Ballamenagh Road Baldrine Isle Of Man IM4 6AL .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decison hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 02.10.2025 and email dated 07.10.2025.
