Dear Sir Re: Planning Application No. 08/01457/B Address - Phase 2, All Saints Park, Lonan. For the - erection of a temporary sales office, car park and sales board.

Further to a meeting of Lonan Parish Commissioners I am pleased to inform you that the board reluctantly recommends approval of the above Planning Application. This is subject to the approval of the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and Environment.

Caveat. The Board requests that a condition be placed on this application that the portable sales office be removed as soon as the need for it expires.
