This approval relates to the renovations and extensions as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 1694/07/01, 1694/07/02, and 1694/07/100C all received on 26th March 2008.
Matching materials
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Slate roof
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Parking hardstanding
Prior to the occupation of the dwellings, the hardstanding to the front of the dwellings is to be completed to allow the required parking provisions to be used.
Residential curtilage plan
Prior to the occupation of the converted barn a scaled plan must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority indicating the proposed new residential curtilage attached to the new dwelling.
No permitted development
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
