Conditions requested: No further development is to take place in this direction (i.e. towards the river), thereby maintaining the existing bank of approximately 3 metres and its associated vegetation etc.; During construction works every effort must be made to safeguard against water pollution to the nearby watercourse from any surface run-off and sedimentation.
