(2) The quarrying must take place progressively from the existing quarry and the worked areas must be progressively treated in a manner satisfactory to the Planning Committee by such means as grading, filling or reclaiming.
(3) All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground.
(4) If it is the intention of the Applicant to erect any building, whether temporary or permanent, or to install any machinery, whether fixed or mobile, on the site, this must form the subject of a separate application for consideration by the Planning Committee.
(5) Adequate screening must be provided as and when required by the Planning Committee by means of a seeded earth embankment and/or tree planting to the satisfaction of the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines and Lands Board and the Planning Committee.
(6) The site must be kept in a reasonably tidy condition and on completion of the excavation the site must be left in a tidy condition and all equipment removed to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(7) The development having been commenced shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike and expeditious manner to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(8) The access to the Ronaldsway Keeill must be preserved to the satisfaction of the Isle of Man Highway and Transport Board and the Planning Committee.
(9) The Manx Museum and National Trust must be informed of the date when quarrying is to commence and give adequate opportunity to carry out an archaeological excavation in the area before any disturbance of the land occurs.
(10) All details of the siting of workings and a scheme of landscaping and must be submitted for consideration by the Planning Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any work on the site.
