In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Callow's Yard Developments Limited Proposal: Relocation of bin store and creation of refuse service yard, electrical and water intake rooms within the existing parking lot in front Arbory Court, to service the Callow's Yard development as approved under PA 05/01539B at: Arbory Court Arbory Street Castletown
which was considered on 16th August 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a service yard and bin store as shown in drawings 2007/003/001 and -/002 both received on 17th May, 2007.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
