Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the erection of a farm worker's dwelling as shown in drawings reference AT 803.2, -.3 Rev 1 and -.4 all received on 26th April, 2007.
Agricultural occupancy restriction
The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
Protect water main
There is a 90mm diameter water main passing through the land associated with this proposal. Prior to the commencement of works on site the applicant must have identified the location of this infrastructure and have in place means of protecting the same during and after the course of construction. The applicant should liaise with the Water Authority in this respect.
Conservation rooflights
This rooflights to be installed in the property must be conservation type as shown in the approved drawings. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 no other rooflights may be installed at the property without the prior permission of the Planning Authority.
No permitted development
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval).
