In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 21 December 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 103 REV A and 776/1/12R all received on 25th October 2006.

- No development should take place between the August-March period to protect the ground-nesting birds (skylark nests).
- There must be No discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so
as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult Disability Access Office with regard to the needs of disabled users within the building.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
