Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This approval relates to drawing numbers: 30013, 30113, 303H, 305E, 306E, 307E, 308C, 309C, 312C, 313C, 314D and Design Statement submitted and date stamped 19th June 2006, and drawing numbers 304F, 310D and 311D submitted and date stamped 6th September 2006.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Windows and doors
All windows must be installed as shown on the approved drawings and retained as such in perpetuity unless otherwise authorised by the Planning Authority. Details of the sections and material of the windows and doors including the garage doors must be approved by the Planning Authority prior to the installation of the same.
Parking availability
Prior to the occupation of the apartments, the parking spaces shown on the submitted drawings must be available and thereafter retained.
Archaeological investigation
No development on the new buildings shall take place within the area identified as the site until the applicant or their agents, or successors in title have secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been approved by the Planning Authority. The scheme should include a timetable for the investigation and the applicant is encouraged to consult Manx National Heritage prior to the submission of such a scheme.
