Multiple local residents strongly object to the proposed residential development citing violations of planning conditions, excess density beyond Laxey and Lonan Plan limits, inappropriate community hall location, traffic issues, and loss of open space; DOT Highways has no objection subject to specific conditions.
Key concern: Excess density exceeding Laxey and Lonan Plan 2005 limit of around 70 dwellings for Area 17 (43 already approved)

No ObjectionI have previously expressed concern at the proposed development of this area but as the proposal is in general accordance with the policy included in the recently approved Local Plan and an existing planning approval exists, which is similar to that proposed, then I have little reason to object to the application.
