In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15 August 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a rear conservatory as shown in drawing numbers 00436/1 date stamped 14th March 2006 and 00436/2 Rev A date stamped 29th June 2006.
- The windows to be formed in the north-west and south-east facing elevations of the conservatory shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.
- No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE The Drainage Division advises that the surface water from the proposed development is to be discharged to the "existing drainage". If this "existing drainage" discharges (directly or indirectly) to the foul sewerage system then it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.
NOTE The Drainage Division advises you that a public sewer crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development may be constructed nor any trees planted, within two metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
