In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25 April 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the erection of an agricultural building as shown in drawings 00303/1 and AT 777.1 both received on 10th February, 2006.

1. The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.

1. The building must be clad in dark coloured sheeting (dark green, dark grey or dark brown).

NOTE Prior to the commencement of works on site the applicant must discuss with the MEA working practices to take account of the high and low voltage cables and lines which run across the site.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
