PA 05/01532/A – Approval in Principle to construct a private dwelling on site of former workshop/store, Ayre Mowers, Ballakilley, Bride
The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
No adverse traffic impacts subject to the imposition of the following condition(s):
The sight lines must be set out to the satisfaction of the Planning Department after consultation with the Department of Transport prior to the construction of the dwelling.
Reason:
In the interests of road safety.
