Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and greenhouse details date stamped the 17th June 2005 and drawing no. 02 rev. 5 date stamped the 28th July 2005.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from the development to any foul drainage system(s).
NOTE The applicant is advised that public foul sewerage is understood to cross the site. The line of the foul sewer must be identified before development work commences and the sewer must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the development should be constructed, nor any trees planted, within three metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
