This permission relates to the erection of a detached double garage/store with studio accommodation over as shown in drawing number 080/04-01 date stamped 24th November 2005 ; 5906-01 and 5906-02 date stamped 13th May 2005.
Roof materials
The roof must be finished in dark natural slate.
Wall materials
The gable fronting the road and the elevation containing the garage door must be clad in traditionally laid stone prior to completion. Not Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
Ancillary use
The garage/store with studio accommodation shall be used only for a purpose incidental to the residential use of the application property.
Home office restriction
If the studio accommodation is to be used as an office for conducting any business of the householder, it shall only involve the householder working in the building and shall not involve other persons working in or calling at the building.
