Key concern: property never viable for farming and no market testing attempted
SPMC&E
The mere name of the property “Three Acres”, make it quite clear that this could never be a viable farming enterprise and the Planning Authority must have been extremely misguided at the time.; One could take the hard line now and, on the grounds that there has been no attempt to test the market, refuse to release the Condition until such time as the property passes down-the-line and when proper attempts to sell can be made.; Alternately one might think it hardly worth the trouble and accept that one mistake should not be followed by another?
