   Time limit

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Signage approval

   No additional external signage may be erected or displayed without the prior approval of the Planning Committee.

   Refuse storage

   Provision must be made within the site for the storage of refuse; it is recommended that there be consultation with the Douglas Corporation and the Environmental Health Inspectorate.

   Photographic survey

   Upon removal of the existing sales shelving, there must be undertaken by the applicant/developer, in consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer, a photographic survey; a copy of this survey must be submitted to the Department.

   Mouldings recording

   Where openings are formed, any mouldings must be recorded.

   Canopy and doors colour

   The colour of the canopy and the doors must be agreed by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.

   Approved drawings

   Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to the drawings numbered -01, 02, -03, -04, and -05 which are date-stamped 5th November 2004.
