Time limit

Upon removal of the existing sales shelving, there must be undertaken by the applicant/developer, in consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer, a photographic survey; a copy of this survey must be submitted to the Department.
Mouldings recording
Where openings are formed, any mouldings must be recorded.
Canopy and doors colour
The colour of the canopy and the doors must be agreed by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
