(1) SC 1 (4 years)
(2) No additional external signage may be erected or displayed without the prior approval of the Planning Committee.
(3) Provision must be made within the site for the storage of refuse; it is recommended that there be consultation with the Douglas Corporation and the Env. Health Inspectorate.
(4) Upon removal of the existing sales shelving, there must be undertaken by the applicant/ developer, in consultation with the Dept's Conservation Officer, a photographic survey; a copy of this survey must be submitted to the Dept.
(5) Where openings are formed, any mouldings must be recorded.
(6) The colour of the canopy and the doors must be agreed by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
Subject to the above conditions, this
approval relates to the drawings numbered. -01, -02, -03, -04, and -05. Which are date-stamped 5.11.04.
Notes
- It is recommended that there should be consultation with the EHI and the Five Safety Dept.
- It is recommended that there should be consultation with the EHI in relation to the Food Hygiene Regs.
