   This approval relates to the creation of a parking facility in the rear yard by the removal of part of the existing wall all as shown in the drawings received on 6th July 2004.

   Parking restrictions

   Vehicles must be parked within the new space such that the entire vehicle is off the lane so as to avoid blocking access to the lane for users of either motor vehicles.
