The proposal complies with Condition 3 of the 1971 permission (ref IDO 30698) requiring progressive restoration of worked areas, establishing the principle of infill reclamation.

Pre-commencement works
Prior to the commencement of infilling the northwest corner of the site must be regraded to a smooth profile and sown with a grass mix suitable to calcareous down. Note: the advice of the Wildflowers of Mann Project and DAFF is recommended in this respect.
