Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the erection of a two-storey detached dwelling on a plot of land in Jurby. The plot is one of ten plots permitted under an extant planning approval for self-build plots sold by DLGE.
The proposed dwelling accords with the design brief for the area and I recommend that the application be approved.
