Officer's Report
A conservatory is proposed on the rear elevation of this semi-detached property which currently forms the end property in the row. It is close to the boundary with Number 19 and the neighbour should therefore be consulted and further details sought from the applicant. Update 28th June 2004
The residents next door have advised that they have no objections. The applicant intends to use obscured glazing in the side elevation to preserve privacy for both dwellings. The development is judged acceptable.
