This approval relates to the installation of (a) in the front of the building, PVC-framed sliding-sash windows, and (b) in the rear of the building, PVC-framed casement windows.

Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee details of the proposed windows; the front, sliding-sash windows must be of slim-line section to match the existing wooden windows.
