which was considered on 4 March 2004, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/02004/A
- The proposal does not include any provision for the parking of staff, residents or guests vehicles. The proposal would therefore result in increased demand for limited on street and off street parking within the immediate vicinity.
- Notwithstanding the above, it is considered that insufficient detail has been submitted in order to consider the application within the context of the Conservation Area in which the site is located.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
