CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. This approval relates to the erection of a facility for use for respite care for disabled children up to the age of 18 years, and associated facilities, all as shown in drawings reference B102, B103 and B101 all received on 11/9/03

4. SC 9 (Sewer)
5. SC 16 (State like roof)
6. Prior to the commencement of work on the site, the existing trees on site which are to be retained must have their canopy spread protected by robust fencing. Within this protected area no machinery may be allowed to park or operate, nor materials stored.
