Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/00667/A
- The site is part of an area which is zoned on the Douglas Local Plan for Low Density Housing in Parkland (to which Planning Circular 8/89 relates); the development now proposed would not comply with the criteria set out in the Circular, and would not result in a parkland setting for the dwellings.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
