Design Point Architectural Cranford Cronk Y Voddy St Johns Isle of Man IM4 3NS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Wade Rogerson Proposal: Erection of extensions to provide a garage and additional living accommodation at: $\quad$ Sheean Ny Marrey Main Road Kirk Michael Isle of Man IM6 1ED which was considered on 9th October 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of extensions to Sheean Ny Marrey, Main Road, Kirk Michael as shown by P09 11401 P1 and P09 11402 P1 all received 17th June 2009 and P09 11403 P3 received 24th August 2009.
- The roofs of the approved extensions shall be finished so as to match the roof of the existing building.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
