General Policy 2
General Policy 2 from the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 is relevant to the determination. The officer assessed the visual impact of the marginally larger replacement lean-to structure on the dockside. Given its limited visibility from the public highway, it was found not to adversely affect visual amenities, satisfying the policy.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the erection of a lean-to structure to provide a baggage handling facility as shown in drawing numbers PA01, PA02, PA03 and PA04 date stamped 24th April 2009.

Conditions requested: There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.; In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if these comments could be incorporated in the approval notice.
