In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alteration, erection of an extension and conversion of garage to provide additional living accommodation, Kionslieu, Patrick Road, St Johns as shown by the plans and information 09-J006-BW 02, 09-J006-BW 04, and 09-J006-BW 05 all received 19th March 2009 and 09-J006-BW 08 REV2, 09-J006-BW 07 REV 1, 09-J006-BW 03 REV 2 and 09-J006-BW 01 REV 1 all received 28th May 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
