Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an extension as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings EF-104 PD 001, EF-104 PD 002, EF-104 PD 003, EF-104 PD 004, EF104 PD 005, EF-104 PD 006, EF-104 PD 007 and EF-104 PD 008 all received on 4th February 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999. etc
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
