Environment Policy 35
ENV35 states that within Conservation Areas, the Department will permit only development which preserves or enhances the character or appearance of the Area and protects special features. The officer assessed the demolition against this, finding the outbuilding non-contributory as it is rear-facing, screened, and invisible from the street scene. No adverse impact was identified, satisfying the policy.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
