In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Maxine Cleverley, Ref 14/01013/B, for the erection and operation of a cattery at Highfield Stoney Road Laxey Isle of Man IM4 7NB subject to compliance with the following condition(s):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and residential amenity
Reason: To ensure the provision of an appropriate landscape setting to the development.
Reason: In the interest of visual amenities of the area.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety.
1500hrs on Saturdays. No visitors/customers may visit the premises outside of these hours or on Sundays or Bank or Public Holidays.
Reason: In the interests of public amenity.
This approval relates to drawings numbered 4.7059 - L, 4.7059 - 101, 4.7059 - 102, 4.7059 - 103, and 14TS015 - 01 all received on 29th August 2014.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013.
Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with Article 8 of the Order.
A valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain:

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, are available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
Whichever is the later.
If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department's public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
