Highways Division raised no objection with a note on sign visibility; Andreas Parish Commissioners strongly objected due to retrospective nature, precedent, and misleading information about storage use; neighbour E J Callow objected on policy grounds regarding curtilage extension and lack of justification for storage building.
Key concern: Retrospective development after prior refusal sets dangerous precedent and mocks planning laws

ObjectionI am concerned at the extent of work now being applied for in retrospect; No need or justification has been mentioned within the application for the erection of a new shed; Current policy only allows for 'sheds' in circumstance where an agricultural need has been demonstrated; a concerning precedent is being set; the applicant is fully aware of my opinion and I'm sure will have anticipated my objection
