In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Change of use of land from agricultural to leisure activities, Sky Hill, Lezayre.
which was considered at a meeting held on the 25th May, 1990, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 5.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS - a) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or b) any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of appeal against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 89/1701
1 Only fencing and gateways of a traditional agricultural style will be allowed to be erected on the site.
2 No other permanent structures of any sort, neither static nor mobile (e.g. portakabins) will be allowed on the site unless approved as the subject of a separate planning application.
3 No private vehicles may be parked within the site, except those operated directly in association with the business of running the activities undertaken on the site.
4 The land between the Millenium Way and the service track must be roped off alongside the service track and marked as "Out of Bounds", whenever activities occur within the site.
5 There must be warning notices posted along the perimeter of the site whenever activities are occurring within the site. Thege must be posted prior to the commencement of any activities and removed after cessation thereof. They may not be permanently affixed.
