Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
No gates on route
No gate shall be installed within the foot/cycle path route so as to permanently prevent the route being used or accessed by the public. Reason: to ensure the route is accessible in the interest of encouraging active travel.
Fungi protection
Works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with DWG 169 Rev A and in line with 5.1 and 5.2 of Ecology Vannin Mycological Report, and the protective fencing as detailed within DWG 169 Rev A shall be installed prior to the undertaking of the works hereby approved (including any clearance works) and shall only be removed once the works have been completed. Reason: in the interest of fungi protection.
Do not oppose subject to conditions on maximum 8% gradient and route remaining open (no gates)
No objection subject to conditions ensuring compliance with Fungi Protection Plan and Mycological Report sections 5.1 & 5.2
