In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th July 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a vehicular access as shown in drawings 02 P1 received 1st May 2012 and 01 P3 and 03 P2 received 29th May 2012.
- Within two months of the completion or first use of the approved access, whichever is the sooner, the existing access must be closed off using hedging to match the existing boundary treatment, as per drawing no. 03 P2 date stamped the 29th May 2012.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
