Please find appended below the Commissioners' observations regarding the following planning application:

16/00987/B: Install twin wall 200 mm dia flues to rear wall of single storey rear sun room to service proposed new wood burner fire. 37 Faaie Ny Cabbal, Kirk Michael, Isle of Man, IM6 2HT. Applicants: Mr & Mrs D R T Wylde.

NO OBJECTION

The Commissioners have no objections, but would ask that the planners check the height of the flue is correct, as it appear to be below the ridge of the main roof.
