In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th August 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s K219/P/10/01, K219/10/10-02, K219/P/10-03 rev. A, K219/10/10-04 and K219/10/21-01 date stamped the 27th June 2011.
- Prior to the occupation of the replacement dwelling the existing dwelling must be demolished. Thereafter the land on which the existing dwelling previously stood shall be landscaped to form part of the garden of the overall development.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
