Helen, Dawn From the Planning List 17 February 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following are subject to a separate response having highway related impacts.

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

•  23/00029/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for any equipment and materials to be placed within the highway for the duration of the proposed works.
•  23/00092/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. Highways Development Control has assumed that the garage is an oversized single. It is less than the recommended internal dimensions for a double of 6 x 6m.
•  23/00108/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for any equipment and materials to be placed within the highway for the duration of the proposed works. Cycle parking is welcomed.
•  23/00131/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  23/00133/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing an electric vehicle charging point to aid net zero objectives.
•  23/00134/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  23/00139/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  23/00152/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for any equipment and materials to be placed within the highway for the duration of the proposed works.
