Proposed Use โ when a wedding is taking place A maximum of 125 guest will be allowed to attend the venue and there will be a maximum of 4 weddings per year. Staff numbers will be minimal and dependant on the individual wedding. A maximum of 10. The proposed venue sits behind the existing dwelling and is afforded multiple parking space options by virtue of a large hardstanding area. The main intended areas have been located onto the attached site plan and demarked in purple.
The music will be stopped at 11pm as agreed with the Police to comply with the noise act. As per the site and location plan there are no immediate neighbours to further reduce any impact by any noise omitted from the venue and users.

Proposed hours of use would be 11am until 12pm but with music being off as above at 11pm.
Guests will organise their own welfare / WC facilities and these will be in the form of portaloos. These will be put in place the day before the wedding and removed the day after.
