The Noise Impact Assessment recommends that the retrospective planning application be determined in accordance with the Local Plan Policy 22, which requires developments to avoid causing unacceptable harm to the environment and/or the amenity of nearby properties in terms of noise. The assessment concludes that noise levels from the equipment comply in full with the Local Plan.
