Time limit

No development shall commence until a sample panel of the silicone cladding to be used on the walls of the single storey extension hereby approved has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. Vehicular access and parking
The development hereby approved shall not be used or occupied until the means of vehicular access and the parking area has been constructed in accordance with the approved plans, and shall thereafter be retained for access and parking purposes only.
