I am currently assessing a planning application for the replacement of an existing outbuilding with a new outbuilding including additional use for tourist accommodation (Class 3.6) under reference PA 25/90884/B at the address Dhowin Cottage, Smeale Road, Andreas, Isle of Man, IM7 4JA.
